We have many years of experience shipping new and vintage furniture to clients. Your order is typically sent from our warehouse in Long Island City, NY. Our shipping team specializes in delivery of quality furniture.
Shipping & Handling Times
Handling in our Long Island City warehouse typically takes 1-2 business days. Domestic orders within the continental US typically arrive 3-5 business days after shipment with a regular carrier. If freight or an independent shipper is used, these times may vary. Because third parties ship our products, transit times can vary depending on factors outside of our control.
Curbside Freight Deliveries
Many furniture items must be shipped using a freight carrier. A freight shipment is different than a small parcel shipment through services like UPS and FedEx; freight shipments are scheduled and delivered individually using a truck. Costs for freight deliveries vary and are typically higher than parcel deliveries you might be used to.
Unless otherwise specified, standard freight deliveries arranged by LIC Furniture Warehouse are curbside. Curbside deliveries typically arrive on a pallet, which is dropped off by the freight carrier in front of the destination. The carrier or driver will not remove the pallet and will not bring the item inside the threshold of the destination.

As a buyer, you pay for shipping costs and we arrange delivery. We do not typically make money on shipping, so we will always try to make sure shipping is as inexpensive for you as possible.
If you purchase an item and we are able to find you a better shipping price that what's listed during checkout, we will contact you to confirm and issue a partial refund accordingly. Shipping costs we list on our website or during checkout are estimates, although we frequently check our listed rates to make sure they're as accurate as possible.
We ship internationally with most major carriers
Typically, we ship via Fedex, USPS, UPS or freight. We can almost always ship to you, no matter where you are in the world.

RETURNS
Refund Policy
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded on a case by case basis, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. If there is no damage to the item, but a return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for both the initial and return shipping cost. It is at our discretion to refuse the refund of undamaged goods.
If an order is placed and you would like to cancel the order, please notify us immediately. Any refunds will be processed via the same means that payment was made.
